Emily & Sean | Minneapolis Wedding Photographer

Wedding photographers minneapolis

The love that these two have for each other along with the relationships that their family and friends have was so beautiful to witness and I want to thank each and every one of them for making me feel so welcome in their home. With a family full of musicians, writers, artists and performers there was a little story for me to capture in every nook and cranny of their beautiful home.

When her father read his poem about Emily there was not a dry eye in the room. When the father of the groom played a beautiful hand written rendition on his oboe there was also not a dry eye in the room, and then when sister of the bride fire danced at dark, there was not one jaw that wasn’t on the floor!

Just when you thought they had covered everything awesome, Emily wore her mother’s wedding gown with no alterations. Such an amazing dress that fit her like a glove.

Enjoy the little story of their amazing backyard wedding.

  • Marisa McKenneyDear Amanda,

Thank you for capturing such a lovely, romantic and overall magical wedding day! Our entire family is worshiping the amazing art that you’ve cast into the world. I adore how you shot the entire day documentary style…telling the love story of the happy couple, all the friends and family – even the furry family members were represented in this brilliant anthology of photographic excellence.

I had a wonderful time drooling over your camera and gear and an even better time talking with you a bit at the event. You are such an intelligent woman with a particular gift for having your clients give you their best. My Aunt Maxine is very shy and often doesn’t like having her picture taken and the images that you caught of her joy – HONESTLY 100%, hand-to-GOD, brought me to tears (my Mom was there with me when I cried while looking at the digital wedding album).

Saying thank you doesn’t even fully capture just how I feel about your work today. You’ve given my sweet Cousin Emily such a beautiful gift that she, and our whole family, will forever cherish.

Big hugs. Can’t wait to order some prints.

    Respectfully,

    MarisaReplyCancel
